Delivery Exchange and Return

Delivery

Delivery is offered from 80 € of purchase.

The delivery is made by default by Collissimo, for an amount of € 7.00. Count an approximate delivery time from 48H - 72H after shipment.

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays).

We also offer sending by

  • Chronopost (charged 12 €, delivered before 13h the day after the order)

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

The delivery is made by default by the Colissimo International service of La Poste:

  • 14 € to overseas and EU, delay between 8 and 10 days after shipment
  • 24 € internationally, delay between 5 and 20 days after shipment

We also offer sending by:

- Chronopost International (77 €, delivered within 24 hours after shipping)

For any special circumstances (birthday, gift ...), do not hesitate to contact us for a priority shipment.

TRADES

You can exchange your product for another (subject to availability), within 15 days after receipt at home.

To benefit from the exchange, the product must be returned to us without defect (s) visible (s) generated (s) after the order.

If the initial delivery is not free, the shipping costs for exchange are free.

In the particular case of a defective item (excluding the natural characteristics of the product), the return and exchange costs will be systematically covered by Maison Martin Morel. If the item ordered seems defective, send an email to contact@maisonmartinmorel.com


RETURNS


We accept returns (without fees) of all orders within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be returned in new condition, unworn, unretouched, and unwashed. All labels on the product upon delivery must be intact and attached to the product in their original position. Do not hesitate to contact us by email at contact@maisonmartinmorel.com

If you want to exchange or make a product, just write to contact@maisonmartinmorel.com stating the reasons for return and you will receive a response telling you the procedure to follow.

The customer will ship the items by simple mail, in their original packaging and with the label.
