How do I track the status of my order?

How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free in mainland France for purchases over €80. Shipping costs €20 in Europe and €35 in the United States.
I haven't received my sample order, what should I do?
Send an email to contact@maisonmartinmorel.com and we will send you your sample as soon as possible!
I wish to cancel my order.

What are the different payment methods?
We use Stripe and Paypal for our secure payments. (Payment is possible without a Paypal or Stripe account).
If you prefer to proceed by bank transfer, send us an email to contact@maisonmartinmorel.
How do I calculate the number of rolls?
To be sure of your number of rolls, send us an email to contact@maisonmartinmorel.com indicating the dimensions of the space to be covered and the desired reference.
Delivery Questions
What are our delivery times (for wallpaper, a sample or a mural)?
Our delivery times can be up to 10 working days for wallpaper and frescoes after validation of your order.
For samples, allow 3 working days while stocks last.
If you're in a hurry, we can reduce these delivery times. To do so, please let us know by email at contact@maisonmartinmorel.com
I have not received my order at home or at the collection point. What should I do?
In case of delivery delay, please contact us at contact@maisonmartinmorel.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Where can I have my order delivered?
You can have your order delivered to your home, to a collection point, to the showroom (71 Rue Robespierre, 93100 Montreuil) or to our offices at 26 place Denfert-Rochereau 75014.
I received a defective item or damaged package, what should I do?

Contact us by email with a photo of your package and we will take care of making the claim.
Return and Refund Questions:
I would like to know the conditions for returning an extra roll.
To minimize inventory and avoid overproduction, we limit our environmental footprint; each production run is completed after the initial order. Since each printing bath is slightly different, an extra roll in your order will be lost because it cannot be incorporated into another order. This explains why we cannot collect it separately.
To avoid this problem, it is best to send us an email to find out the exact number of rolls you will need to cover your surface.
To do this, contact us at contact@maisonmartinmorel.com and inform us of the dimensions of your walls.
Of course, if we make a mistake, we promise to take back the extra roll. Also, after receipt, you always have the option to cancel your order and return it to us.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What are the deadlines for obtaining a refund?
Reimbursement will be made upon receipt of the returned products, no later than 14 days.
