I would like to know the return conditions for an extra roll.
To reduce stocks as much as possible and not to overproduce in order to limit our ecological footprint; each production is carried out after the initial order. As each printing bath is slightly different, an extra roll in your order will be lost because it cannot be integrated into another order. This explains why we cannot recover it alone.
To avoid this problem, it is preferable to send us an email to know the exact number of rolls you will need to cover your surface.
To do this, contact us at email@example.com by informing us of the dimensions of your walls.
Of course, if we are wrong, we undertake to take back the additional roll. Also, after receipt, you always have the option of canceling your order and returning it to us.
I want to know who bears the return costs.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What are the deadlines for obtaining a refund?
The refund will be made upon receipt of the returned products, no later than 14 days.
