What are our delivery times (for a wallpaper, a sample, or a fresco)?
Our delivery times can be up to 10 working days for wallpaper and frescoes after validation of your order.
For samples, count 3 working days within the limit of our stocks.
If you are in a hurry, we can reduce these times. To do this, please let us know by email at contact@maisonmartinmorel.com
I did not receive my order at my home or at a pick-up point, what should I do?
In case of late delivery contact us at contact@maisonmartinmorel.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Where can I have my order delivered?
You can have it delivered to your home, in a relay point, to the Lyon store (57 Passage de l'Argue 69002) as well as to our Paris offices at 26 place Denfert-Rochereau 75014.
I received a defective item or a damaged package, what should I do?
If your package has been damaged or a defective item contact us by email with a photo of your package, we will take care of making the claim.
