Delivery is by default by Collissimo, it is in the amount of € 8.00. Allow an indicative delivery time of 48H - 72H after shipment. For wallpaper, shipping takes place within 10 days of ordering.
FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
Delivery is by default by the Colissimo International service of La Poste:
- 20 € to the EU, 10 days after shipment for the products. For wallpaper, shipping takes place after a maximum of 10 working days.
- 35 € to the rest of the world, delay between 5 and 20 days after shipments.
For any special circumstance (birthday, gift, work site ...), do not hesitate to contact us for priority shipping.

Upon receipt of your order, it is essential to check that none of the rollers are damaged and that the wallpaper and colors are correct. Papers can be wound in either direction (check on the product page of our site). Before laying, you need to make sure that the pattern is in the right direction. You must check that the installer has read the installation instructions posted on our site (LINK). We decline all responsibility for defects which were visible before installation.
Once the wallpaper has been installed, we can no longer accept responsibility for any errors. You can no longer benefit from our money-back guarantee or exercise your right of withdrawal.
After laying 3 or 4 strips (1 roll maximum) the installer must inspect the result to ensure that there are no defects. No complaint will be taken into account if several rolls are installed with the same defect.
If the wallpaper is recognized as defective, the responsibility of maisonmartinmorel.com is limited to the maximum of the value of the wallpaper invoiced and can in no case be extended to any other reimbursement. (labor, supplies, damages, etc.). All complaints must be made by email to email@example.com. within 10 days of delivery of the goods.
The buyer is the sole judge of the use he makes of the goods ordered. He is solely responsible for the consequences resulting from this use and it is up to him to choose the qualities that suit the destination he intends to give them.
